Thank you for choosing Mega Cyber Security for your security product needs. We strive to provide you with the best possible experience. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our return and refund policy below.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Timeframe: You have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Process: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or variant of the same item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
