  • Timeframe: You have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or variant of the same item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
